Principal Civil Engineer

Tracey consults with a variety of municipal clients in the State of Washington. She provides planning, design, and project management services for "wet" utility systems. Her experience includes comprehensive planning, design, modeling, and construction management for public utility projects, with a focus on drinking water and stormwater systems. Often, recreational facilities are incorporated into her projects, where she incorporates the design of green infrastructure and low-impact development projects that include permeable pavement parking lots, rain gardens, and water quality treatment wetlands.
