Tim is experienced in stormwater modeling and design, construction management, utility design, and site layout, as well as cost estimating and overall project management. Stormwater design has been a focus including low-impact development (LID) best management practices (BMPs), as well as water quality and flow control facilities. Tim also has experience with sanitary sewer and domestic/fire water design, pump stations, grading, and right-of-way improvement projects. Tim works on projects with a variety of municipal and private clients in the State of Washington providing design and project management services. Private project types extend from 300+ unit multi-family projects to commercial buildings and single-family homes.
