Quin Clements, PE

VICE President, Principal Civil Engineer

Quin has worked both as a private consultant and as the Civil Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Oak Harbor. His career began in construction inspection, primarily in the development of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems. Quin has a strong background in design engineering and project management and is knowledgeable in all phases of project programming from early planning and financing to permitting and construction. Quin joined DCG in 2001 and continues to work in a broad range of civil engineering disciplines.
